wow... been a long time.. now that i'm one a new xanga.. once again.. i just decided to come back on this one, since some people are still confused.. i changed xangas people... buti guess i might come on here sometimes.. or i'll give it away to someone.. like Ryan.. gosh i love him.. hes so hot.. and sweet, and nice, and funny, and outgoing, and just PERFECT!!!
well what most of you dont know... imoved out of Chicago... *tear* i'm in Schaumburg now.. it sucks cuz everyone's either ghetto, or preppy... its pretty annoying.. but at least i have Ryan, and my group of friends.. were the Outcasts.. but its fun!! most of the girls hate me cuz of ryan.. me and him are reallt tight.. were best friends.. but more.. we both know were more.. we just dont know how much more yet... lol.. but i heard he might ask me out, for real.. yay!! lol... i love him.. and i love how so many girls are jealous i mean, its a guy.. why hate me... just cuz i got him, and you want him?? io mean even his ex's hate my guts.. adbn they started calling me a slut!! haha how pathetic.

The chris and me thing... argghh... wel i called him but he was out in the yard with his sister and brother teaching his lil brother to play baseball, and his dad picked up, and me and his dad are cool(since i see him more than his son... hes my moms boss) well i told his dad to tell him i said not now, not yet and that he'd understand it... and then i explained to his dad what happened(his dad is nosy) like how he asked me out and shit... but we barely know eachother... and so his dad had a "talk" with him about how he should give me time since i'm still upset about moving away from all my friends, and having to start over again... and shit like that.. and so i got a card, his sister gave it to me...(i saw her at woodfeild... they live like a block away and she knew i was going i told her) and i reasd the card and it was hilarious.. it was an "i'm sorry" card and on the inside he wrote, "hey Roxy, sorry about pushing or w/e.. my dad said your still "hurting" over something and i'm sorry. You should come over sometime and meet some of the guys, and a few girls.. their strange, but i think they'll like you... you might like them too. remember this?: I want it all or nothing at all, theres nowhere left to fall, when you reach the bottom, Its now or never, is it all, or are we just friends? Wuith a simple telephone call, you leave me here with nothing at all. i'll cya during the summer then. - Chris" lol... he knows i used to love O-town... the first time we met i was singing that song... hes such a dork tho... i'm not gonna goto his house.. i met my own guys... but anyways... he tried calling me back, but my phone was dead... and i was at the new place and our phone doesn't get hooked up till like thursday... he was trying to call our house(which btw.. the new number is (630) 830-6750) 2. We won the court case i'm not sure if i told all of you, but i know some of you know.. i should start from the beginning, last april(2004) joe died, Jeff's twin.. he died on a motorcycle accident. and joe and jeff were very close to their grandma, they did the christmas lights everyyear and stuff. well on Jeff's first birthday alone, (2 days before christmas) jeff was having a hard time dealing, having a b-day with out joe, and their grandma was taking a bike ride by her house.. i think it was before her and her husband went to jeffs house. and she got hit by an italian lady in a car.. she was dragged about 20 feet, and was like broken everywhere.. they took mrs. rigsby(jeffs grandma) to the hospital, she died not long after, the same day. the family(and my mom) wasn't even over greiving for joe, and now the grandma is dead too. well since then they've been in court with this lady... she said she turned, and hit her on the right side, and she was riding her bike against the light. but when mrs. rigsby was hit, her head hit the ground hard, and all the scrapes were on her right side, which means she was hit on the left side. well finally(6 moths later) it was the last court session, the judge said no more delays. they had a 14 yr old boy on the witness stand... and as he got up there.. Jeff came in the court room. well, Mr. rigsby(the husband), darlene(jeffs mom, and mrs. rigsbys daughter), and kathy(darlene's sister, other dauther of mra. rigsby) were already there, and jeff came up and stood behind them and put his hands on their shoulders, as the 14 yr. old boy was talking, mr. rigsby put his head in his hands. well according the the boy, him and his mom let mrs. rigby pass them, and as she turned and was saying thank you the car hit her, the boy started crying by this pint and was asked how he knew it was her, and he said(through sobs) that it was because the woman wasn't looking forward, she was looking the the side screaming at her husband, and everybody could hear. well they found the italiean woman GUILTY!!! mr. rigsby, darlene, kathy and jeff all started cryying. they fined her $250, i know not alot, butnow her insurance(state farm) can drop her, and when she tries to get new insurance, it'll always say that she was found guilty of some sort of man slaughter. and statefarm has to pay mr. rigsby $100,000.... and now mr. rigsby is going to sue the woman for all he can get cuz the hospital bills were over $200,000... well anyways, after court was released, Jeff went up to the boy and said he wanted to shake his hand, the boy shook his hand and jeff pulled him into a bear hug... and said thank you, that was my grandmother who was killed, and right then and there both of them started crying... (proof to show why it affected jeff so much: she died on his borthday, and everyyear beofre this, Jeff and jopw would put up the christmas lights for her. and when she died, andrew and i offered to help take the lights down, and jeff was like "no, i'll do it my self" he looks all 'macho', but my mom said hes really just a pussy cat)
i'm so happy its finally over... for them.... its so great...
it feels good to be home!!!! lol.. since friday morning i've been in ahnover park at our house.. i slept there friday night with my brother and his gf... and then my parents got there at like 7:30 the next morning.. and then we left that night at 9, and came back at 8 in the morning today and left at 8 today... friday we cleaned... this guy who lived there bofore is the nastiest man i've ever seen. he left us the fridge, dishhwasher, everything in the landry room(washer dryer, and even an uglt pink towel), and blinds and drapes. theres 2 wasps nests in my parents windows... so we can't open them... i found them and shreiked.. lol.. thers so many of them in there.... then i found spider eggs by our fire place, which really didn't make me happy, a spider fell on my head when i was trying the kill the eggs by pooring chemivcals on them... i scremed.. and ran around.. and refused to goback in the house, so i walked around and got lost.. met a group of ht guys who live a bout a block away... then went back.. had to clean the fride/freezer. he left butter and baking soda in the fridge... an he didn't even clean in.. so it was like yellow.... there was HAIR in the fucking fridge... and it was so gross.. we have a side by side fridge so its kinda small,... well so it took us a hour and a half to clean the frdge part.. then the frezzer.. there was freaking candles in the freezer, and chunks of food everywhere... it was groos.. it took me about 2 hours to clean that half out... (ad i had help with it all.. it still took along time) Saturday--- painting/half-house warming party.... my "lane girls" friends came to help, so did my aunt and my uncle... had a bad time sleeping since i was on the florr. but we slept in the family room.. and it was so pretty.. cuz theres 2 sky lights therere.. (in our house theres 4 in all) and me, JJ and katie were juststaring at the stars while i told them a story(which i'll type tomorrow or at the end of this depending on how tired i am, cuz its true) and then i woke up all sore... my room was first a mint green, but then i complained so much my dad went and bought more paint.. it was BRIGHT green... so its kinda neon/lime green... my mom promised i'll get the chalkboardf paint or a huge chalk board... i'd rather the paint...its so bright we chose some bold colors... or family room is a beight golden orange, and our kitchen is this yellow/tan color... or front room is the beige/brown/orange color, th hall way is the same color as the kitchen, the hallway bath room is white(with a pink tub and toiliet arghhh) my parents room is the golden yellow/orange.. well same as the family room, except lighter, but its trimmed with burgandy, my room is bright green, and alex's(right next to mine) is bright red trimmed in black(damn parents wouldn't let me do it.. and i asked first... they said it wasn't "girly" enough... ) and then 2 of the girls from lane(the 2 who play lacrosse) told me they'll come over to my house over the summer and teache me to play.. and buy me 1/2 a stick.. lol.. yeah i gotta help pay.. but w/e.. my mom will pay.. lol.. so yeah had fun... today we finished painting, and set up our appointments tomorrow... the exterminator, chimney sweep(we have a fire place), the hot water tank, and some other people are coming.. but i'm staying home and packing... (and sleeping in) i've had Starbucks everyday so far... thursday(we went out there thrusday for a lil bit), friday saturday and today.. cuz its on the way... and i'm sad to say this, but i'm kinda sick of it now.. lol but their espresso and cappacino brownies are awesome... well that story.. i'll type later.. its really important and deserves its own day and shit...
okay even tho i got a new xanga.. i'm still coming on this one...
EDITT:: i'm so pissed.. our fridge is empty.. theres 1/6 gallon of milk, and water bottle, butter and an almost empty tub of whipped cream.. or freezer only has really old frozen meat, and our cabenits have potatoes, oatmeal and stale poptarts.... arghhh... i haven't eaten all day.. i'm so hungry...
